Rubin, the senior partner at Rubin & Rosenblum, PLLC, has successfully litigated and negotiated resolutions of matrimonial and family law matters for more than 25 years and further handles mediation, collaborative divorce matters and appeals. In addition to being a member of the New York State, Suffolk County and Nassau County Bar Associations, she is an Officer of the Suffolk Academy of Law and a member of the NY Family American Inn of Court, an organization which emphasizes professionalism and civility amongst matrimonial lawyers. Ms. Rubin has published various articles and lectured in her field. She is a firm believer in focusing on the individual needs of eah client and guiding clients towards the process best suited for them - negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, and when necessary, aggressive litigation.
