Our attorney, L. Gregory Loomar, is dedicated to providing every client with thorough representation and personal accessibility. As a Certified Mediator, he uses his training and experience in alternative dispute resolution to help resolve his client's legal and business disputes in a cost effective, efficient manner.
In many of his clients' business and commercial transactions, Mr. Loomar regularly works with many SBA and commercial lenders to structure and confirm purchase loan for the intended transaction. Mr. Loomar provides ongoing support and representation to his clients in areas including, corporate employment, non-competition, shareholder and board of director issues, real estate matters, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, commercial litigation and trial practice in Florida state and federal courts.
Because of his experience in business and commercial transactions, Mr. Loomar devotes a large portion of his practice to business evaluations, due diligence investigations and assisting clients with the development and implementation of their business plans. Throughout his career, Mr. Loomar has had the opportunity to represent many satisfied clients in business acquisitions, sales, mergers and commercial transactions. L. Gregory Loomar has managed his own firm since 1992, specializing in representing people involved in the acquisitions and sales of businesses, commercial transactions and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in Florida State court and the Federal District court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Loomar has a wealth of experience representing individuals and corporations in all manner of corporate, businesses and commercial transactions, real estate matters, partnerships, franchises, mergers, transfers, corporate stock or asset sales and purchases. He routinely assists clients in their business evaluations and due diligence investigations and handles the strategy and negotiation to confirm the structure and terms of the intended transaction, while taking into account the granular and specific details necessary to prepare the preliminary contracts and closing documents necessary to confirm and close the deal.
Attorney Loomar is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit/Civil mediator who specializes in the resolution of business and commercial disputes through mediation. He represents clients in civil litigation in federal, state and county courts in commercial litigation matters involving, but not limited to disputes in business, commercial, transactional, corporate, contract , corporate, partnership, brokerage, financing, real estate and landlord/tenant matters.
