Overview
Mr. Allen began his professional career in 1972 as a Mechanical Engineer working for Fluor, Inc., a fortune 500 internationally known engineering and construction firm. While at Fluor Mr. Allen, over an eight (8) year period, worked his way to an upper management position as a Senior Legal Analyst drafting and negotiating contracts and working on regulatory matters in connection with a new division at Fluor. Having attended night law school while at Fluor, Mr. Allen took and passed the July 1978 bar exam and continued at Fluor for two (2) years thereafter forming his first law partnership in 1980. At that time Mr. Allen began to focus his attention on civil litigation matters with an emphasis on real estate and construction law. Mr. Allen formed his own firm in 1985 and has added other attorneys to his practice as the practice grew. Mr. Allen and his firm have continuously provided exceptional legal services to individuals, small and medium size business on the Peninsula continuously since 1986.About Michael B. Allen
