During his distinguished career, which spans over four decades, Mr. Freedman has had extensive experience in representing individuals and corporations. He has provided his clients counsel and services relating to a wide variety of legal matters, including: business litigation and transactional matters, errors and omissions of professionals, insurance coverage, real estate litigation, commercial leases and other tort matters.
Mr. Freedman is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, the Central District of the United States District Court and the United States Supreme Court, and is a member of numerous professional legal organizations. These include the Ventura County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and State Bar of California.

A native of Rochester, New York, Mr. Freedman attended the State University of New York from which he received a Bachelors of Science degree, cum laude, in Mathematics. He matriculated to the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1976.
Prior to forming his law firm, Mr. Freedman was a Partner in the Los Angeles law firms of Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs and Freedman, Pave, McCord & Jacobs.
