Attorney Information

Overview

With over 38 years of experience in criminal defense, Attorney Stephen Neyman has dedicated my career to protecting the rights of individuals facing serious charges across Massachusetts and throughout the United States. His practice is built on thorough preparation, aggressive advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to every client he represents. In the mid 1980's Mr. Neyman began practicing law in San Francisco, California at a small firm. His focus was criminal defense. He transitioned to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office where he successfully prosecuted South Central and Southeast Los Angeles gang members. After handling and prosecuting hundreds of gang cases ranging from drug offenses to murders Mr. Neyman moved to Massachusetts where in 1990 he opened his own law practice. He defends people charged with:

  • Drug crimes
  • Sex crimes
  • Firearms and gun charges
  • Domestic violence
  • Shoplifting and theft offenses
  • Domestic assault and battery
  • And many other state and federal criminal matters.

With nearly four decades of criminal defense experience, Attorney Neyman has the knowledge and courtroom skill to navigate complex legal situations — from negotiating with prosecutors to taking cases to trial. He understands how the system works, and he knows how to use that knowledge to protect your future.
