I chose to meet with Tim Sierra solely based on the location of his office. This is not something I normally do, but figured the consultation would help me get to know him. What I found was a very likable young man with a thorough knowlege of bankruptcy law. Going through bankruptcy is a very emotional experience, and you must form a connection with your attorney to get through it. This connection was formed immediately with Mr. Sierra. During the long process of the bankruptcy, I was in constant contact via phone (did not have a computer at the time) and all questions were answered. I never felt I was left out there on my own! The bankruptcy went smoothly, but what I really appreciated was Mr. Sierra's follow up after the bankruptcy to be sure that all future problems that could occur were handled now to alleviate any problems in the future. He takes all he does very seriously and really is there for his clients. I have recommended Tim Sierra in the past and will do so in the future.
