Barry G. Mr. Segal has tried cases to verdicts in both State and Federal Court and has appeared in cases before the Fourth District Court of Appeals. His clientele includes not only individuals, trusts, partnerships and corporations but also Condominium and Homeowners' Associations, institutional and private mortgage lenders as well as various not-for-profit organizations. While practicing in South Florida, he developed the Foreclosure Department for that firm while handling millions of dollars of Mortgage Foreclosures throughout the State of Florida. Today, he continues to practice in these areas here on the Treasure Coast. He also handles Landlord/Tenant matters, Mortgage Foreclosures (both for lenders and borrowers), Mortgage Modification Agreements, Construction contracting and Construction Defect litigation, Subdivision development, Land Use Planning and Governmental Regulation, Business formation (e.g. Limited Liability Companies and Corporations), and Real Estate related litigation.

Mr. Segal donates his time to the Indian River County School Board as Hearing Officer and is a past president and director of the Indian River County Bar Association. He is a member of the Florida Bar's Real Property and Trust Law Section and the Treasure Coast Real Property Council. He is also a past chairman and member of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel.
