Overview
Born in Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, Patrick Starke is a part of a military family. He attended 17 different primary schools and four different high schools before graduating from Waynesville High School in Waynesville, MO. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of Missouri. After graduating, he attended the University of Missouri School of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 1979.
After completing his law education, he served as a Captain in the United States JAG Corps. In 1984, Mr. Starke started Starke Law Offices in Blue Springs, MO. Thereafter, Mr. Starke became a member of the Rotary International Club, the Lions Club, and the Blue Springs Jaycees. He also served as President of the Blue Springs School District Board of Education.
Mr. Starke is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Missouri Criminal Defense Attorney's Association. Since 2006, he has been serving at the Missouri Bar Association Board of Governors. Currently, Mr. Starke serves as the President of the Missouri Bar Association.
