My office is dedicated to protecting your legal rights. I specialize in family law, divorce, child custody, child support, and post judgment divorce issues. I can also represent you in cases involving personal injury, workers compensation and general litigation.
I strive to give all my clients a personal experience dealing with legal issues. All of my clients are given quality and individual representation. You will not be represented by an associate. Each client receives personal one-on-one attention from me.
The legal system can be a harrowing and overwhelming experience to a client who has never been involved with the Court system before. I am a compassionate, dedicated and a knowledgeable professional who will work diligently on your behalf and keep you informed every step of the way of the legal issues involved in your case. I will work hard to accomplish a conclusion to your satisfaction.
I have many years of experience in the New Jersey legal system and practice in most Counties in the State. I am proud to have served on the Early Settlement panel for 25 years, where I assist other attorneys and their clients in reaching amicable solutions to their divorce cases without the need for trial. I was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Panel Chair for the Fee Arbitration Committee and have served on the Committee for an extended term.
If you need to speak with a lawyer about a legal matter, I encourage you to contact me to schedule a confidential consultation. If you are going through a divorce, need assistance in a child custody issue or any family law related matter, I am anxious to assist you in addressing your legal issue as your counselor, negotiator, litigator or advisor. Since each client and case is different, I creatively and compassionately tailor my recommendations and approach to each client’s individual needs. I have diverse skills to resolve both simple and complex legal issues, and will aggressively litigate your case through trial and appeal if necessary. I maintain the personal attention and close communications that are the hallmark of my firm and which has resulted in decades of satisfied clients.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
