Attorney Brian G. Germaine is the senior partner of Germaine & Blaszka, P.A. Attorney Germaine has a general practice of law focusing in the areas of family law, business law, real estate, planning and zoning, estate planning and probate and trust administration. Attorney Germaine represents individuals and businesses throughout New Hampshire. He practices before the New Hampshire Circuit Courts, District Division, Family Division, Probate Division, Superior Court and New Hampshire Supreme Court. In addition to regular court appearances, Attorney Germaine frequently represents individuals and businesses before local planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment.
Attorney Germaine is originally from Western Massachusetts. He attended Marianapolis Preparatory School in Thompson, Connecticut. After high school Brian attended the University of Maine at Fort Kent where he obtained his Bachelor's degree. Prior to enrolling in law school, Brian was employed as the Sergeant at Arms of the Maine House of Representatives. Brian earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire.
Attorney Germaine is an active member of the Derry Rotary Club, a board member of the Derry Boys and Girls Club and a member of the Board of Trustees of Parkland Medical Center.
