Todd Flagel is a founding member of the firm. Todd represents businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in a variety of matters including business and corporate law, real estate transactions, banking and finance, and litigation. Todd represents owners, developers, homebuilders, landlords and tenants in all areas of commercial real estate acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale.
Todd also handles a wide range of business transactions advising on negotiating and drafting documents for internal operations, financing, and outside transactions. He also assists clients in all phases of asset and equity acquisitions and sales – from initial negotiations through closing. Todd serves as outside general counsel to a number of closely held and family owned companies with revenue ranging from millions of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars.
