John Doe v. Largo Apartment Complex Owner/Landlord (September 2022); I represented the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff was robbed when trespassers drove a car through an unlocked tenant parking garage gate. Plaintiff was assaulted and thrown off a third-floor balcony. The apartment complex owner failed to repair the unsecured lock on the parking garage gate although tenants had advised the landlord the parking garage was unsecured. The case settled for $250,000.00.
