She authored “Dot your I’s and Cross your T's" and co-authored "Addressing Estate and Gift Tax Issues in a Premarital Agreement or Divorcee” and "Federal and State Law May Apply to Transfer of a Firearm to a Beneficiary’, New Jersey Law Journal. Ms, Sinha has also lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the New York City Bar, Practicing Law Institute and other organizations.
