I was in a fairly serious automobile accident and Mike and Madeline handled my case. They both are very professional, easy to talk with and working with them was a pleasure. Madeline kept me informed of the progress of my case on a regular basis and was very knowledgeable regarding the different aspects of the case. She took the time to answer all of my many questions, clearly and concisely. Mike also talked with me in great detail regarding the various outcomes and challenges regarding my case. Like Madeline, he took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed or talked down to by either of them. It was great working with people who were not only interested in my case but also my general well-being. The strategy that they laid out and followed resulted in my getting a settlement much larger than I had anticipated. I could not be happier with the end result.

I've been wanting to get my license back for years, but I was just really confused on what I needed to do. It seemed overwhelming, because my tickets were so old, spread out in so many counties, and I honestly thought it was going to be something I couldn't afford. The reality of that is I can't afford to be without my license. The staff at Rowland and Yauger not only handled my case in Moore county affordably and expediently, they found the tickets that were keeping me from getting my license and referred me to another attorney in a different county to handle the others. Now, all of my old cases have been dismissed or are in court within the next week to be dismissed, and I will finally have my license back after about 15 years without it! I definitely recommend them, and if for some reason I need an attorney in Moore county again I will definitely go back to them. They made me feel secure and important. Thank you!

I came to ROWLAND & YAUGER for a speeding ticket (27 mph over the limit). I chose the firm based on their complimentary reviews and was not disappointed. They explained what usually happens and calmed any nerves I had with the situation. The moving violation was reduced to 9 mph over and I did not receive any change to my insurance rate/license status. Highly recommended if facing an issue like I had!
