Kurt has an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois and a law degree from the University of Denver.He has practiced law at two national law firms with prestigious patent law groups. Further, prior to founding Leyendecker Lemire and Daley, LLC, he had a successful solo practice.

Prior to becoming a patent lawyer, Kurt was a practicing engineer with two Fortune 100 companies.He was integrally involved in the fabrication of several NASA spacecraft, and pursued several Research and Development projects related to the use of non-metallic materials in space launch vehicles and aircraft. In the early nineties, Kurt founded the DenverBicycleDesignCenter, a company that produced high end Mountain Bicycle components of his invention and design.

Kurt's diverse background and experience allow him to provide unique insight and perspective to his client's needs. Mr. Leyendecker views himself as a partner in his client's ventures, and accordingly, he is committed to providing his clients and prospective clients with forthright and honest feedback to his clients to help ensure a long, mutually beneficial business relationship.
