During that time, he has handled more than 500 direct and inverse condemnation matters on behalf of corporate and individual property and business owners. Those eminent domain cases have involved a wide spectrum of property and business types including raw land, master plan developments, industrial developments, office buildings, apartment complexes, mobile home parks, service stations, restaurants, medical and dental facilities, storage facilities, recreation facilities, churches, farm, dairy and equestrian facilities.
