Mr. Hootsell's multi-state practice includes the handling of complex commercial and tort litigation matters. He handles disputes in both federal and state court, including products liability disputes, contract and lease disputes, construction disputes, supplier disputes, surety matters, intellectual property disputes, torts, lender liability, director and officer matters, insurance regulatory matters, franchisor/franchisee disputes, and the protection and enforcement of debtor’s and creditors’ rights generally in the non-bankruptcy context.
