Nariman P. Dastur is the managing partner of DeAngelis, Dastur & Associates. A 1991 graduate of North Allegheny High School, he then attended Westminster College where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science in 1995. In 1998, Attorney Dastur received his Juris Doctor from Case Western University School of Law. During this time, he completed an externship with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Law School Honors included serving as Moot Court Chairperson and being admitted to the Order of Barristers. Upon completion of law school, he became an associate with John R. DeAngelis & Associates, P.C., in 1999. He became a partner in 2002, at which time the firm's name changed to DeAngelis, Dastur & Associates. He assumed the position of managing partner in 2004 after the retirement of the firm's founder, John DeAngelis. His practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of workers' compensation claimants.
Mr. Dastur is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has served as a Proofer/Editor for their Workers' Compensation Newsletter since 2002. In addition, he is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and has served on their Workers' Compensation Section Counsel, including as its Chair for the 2009-10 year. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and currently serves on the Council of the Workers' Compensation Section. Additionally, he has planned and presented the Tough Problems? In Worker's Compensation seminar since 2009.
Mr. Dastur earned his Certification from the Pennsylvania Bar Association as a Workers' Compensation Specialist in 2013.
