Attorney Victor Boog has been practicing law for more than thirty-five years and has an impressive track record arguing before administrative boards, trying cases in state and federal courts, and filing appeals before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.
Attorney Amanda Cruser is a former federal prosecutor who worked closely with the IRS prosecuting federal tax crimes. She has intimate knowledge of how the IRS conducts audits, collection proceedings, and criminal investigations. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
We represent clients who are seeking legal advice regarding any kind of civil or criminal tax matter including state and federal income taxes, property taxes, sales and use taxes and excise taxes. We also represent clients in civil litigation including business disputes, contract matters, and land use cases.
If you have been contacted by the IRS, or suspect that you are under investigation, you should act quickly to secure an experienced attorney to represent you. It is critical to find an attorney who has experience working with the IRS and has a vast knowledge of tax laws to help you. We have represented numerous clients facing audits, enforced collection action, and criminal tax proceedings. Our goal is to resolve your tax situation by providing the best representation possible.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
