Mr. Zwally is also experienced in preparing infringement, validity, and due-diligence opinions, concerning biotechnology. He is also experienced in the area of trademark litigation and licensing. Mr. Zwally co-authored "Licensing Intellectual Property" in the Journal of Commercial Biotechnology.

Mr. Zwally received his B.A. from Lehigh University (Molecular Biology), and his JD from Rutgers University-Newark.

He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Zwally is also President of the Board of Trustees of the Huntington's Disease Society of America-New Jersey Chapter.
