Mr. Soobitsky started his own law firm in 1993 handling general civil and criminal litigation many areas of practice. In 2001, Mr. Soobitsky later joined the well known law firm of Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, P.A. In 2003, Mr. Soobitsky moved his practice to Howard County and founded the Law Offices of Jayson A. Soobitsky, P.A. Mr. Soobitsky believed that, in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. Since then, Mr. Soobitsky has represented numerous clients in State and Federal Courts. Mr. Soobitsky primarily handles family law, personal injury, criminal defense, contract disputes, and general litigation. The Law Offices of Jayson A. Soobitsky, P.A. has allowed Mr. Soobitsky to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of negotiation and litigation.
Mr. Soobitsky is active in a number of professional organizations including: the Maryland State Bar Association, the Howard County Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the Howard County Bar Association. Mr. Soobitsky treats every client with respect and integrity.
Mr. Soobitsky is a long-time resident of Howard County Maryland. He is married with three children, one grandchild, and a dog.
