- Successfully won summary removal of invalid liens from commercial properties on behalf of owners and general contractors
- Assisted a national general contractor wrongfully terminated from a hotel renovation project recover the value of the work performed and protect its rights under their contract
- Assisted many employers investigate fatal on the job accidents and represented them in the OSHA investigations and lawsuits that followed
- Represented clients in trademark, trade dress, copyright, and Lanham Act disputes and lawsuits
- Won appeals before the appellate state and federal appellate courts court to successfully defend favorable verdicts and judgments obtained at the trial court
- Provided general counsel services for small businesses and charities across Central Texas including reviewing contracts
