Scott C. Gladstone is a business litigation attorney with extensive experience in several areas of civil litigation including: construction law, real estate disputes, closely held corporation disputes, contract disputes, securities arbitrations, employment discrimination and non-competition agreements, and other legal issues arising in the business setting. Mr. Gladstone also has handled cases arising out of petroleum contaminated real estate, employee benefit plan disputes covered by state law or ERISA, and school discipline hearings.

Prior to opening his own law office in February 2003, Mr. Gladstone worked as a senior associate in the litigation department of the Boston business law firm of Ruberto, Israel and Weiner, P.C.

Mr. Gladstone is an active participant in the Brookline community where he is involved in the Baker School and Temple Emeth. He is also an elected member of the Brookline Town Meeting from Precinct 16.

Mr. Gladstone is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and all state courts in the State of Georgia. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the State Bar of Georgia.

Mr. Gladstone earned his B.A. at Brandeis University (1990), where he graduated cum laude, with high honors in history. He received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (1993). Mr. Gladstone grew up in Providence, Rhode Island. He now lives in South Brookline with his wife, Tracy Gladstone, Ph.D., a clinical child psychologist, and their three children.
