Ms. VanLandschoot has successfully litigated matters (for employees and employers) of sexual harassment, sex discrimination, national origin discrimination, race discrimination, and retaliation in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. She also spends time counseling clients on non-compete agreements, FMLA issues, FLSA compliance, and employment policies, severance agreements, and hiring practices. In addition, Ms. VanLandschoot handles all matters of business and contract litigation as well as carefully selected personal injury matters. Ms. VanLandschoot has jury trial experience and has worked with juror and trial consultants to obtain the best results for her clients.
Prior to forming The Litigation Boutique LLC, Ms. VanLandschoot worked as an employment and civil litigator at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP and as a general commercial litigator at Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP.
Ms. VanLandschoot earned her undergraduate degree in Art and Business from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota, and earned her J.D., with highest honors (Order of St. Ives), from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
