After clerking for the firm of Roseman & Mann, she worked as an associate with the firms of Friedberg & Bunge and Charles S. Roseman & Associates before founding her own firm. She has been recognized for her skill as an attorney by being named a Super Lawyer from 2011 to 2017. She has presented legal seminars on employment law and litigation issues for her peers at the Practicing Law Institute’s Annual Institute on Employment Law and the San Diego County Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in California and the Ninth Circut.
