Meet Our Founder
Roger "Rocky" Walton received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington, his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law, and his Master of Laws in taxation and securities from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He has been practicing law in Arlington since 1975 and has served on the board of the Arlington Bar Association since 2012.
Rocky became a board-certified specialist personal injury trial lawyer in 1995, receiving his certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition, he and the Law Firm of Roger "Rocky" Walton, P.C., received the AV* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethical standards.
Our law firm believes in providing quality legal services to our clients. We have dedicated ourselves to only personal injury and wrongful death cases since 1986. We offer free initial consultations, accept credit cards and charge on a contingency basis, meaning that the amount of our legal fee is determined by the amount we recover for our clients.
