Shawn grew up and attended school in Massachusetts. He received his Bachelors degree in Political Science from Western New England College, where he graduated magna cum laude, Thereafter, Shawn graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School.
Shawn is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
He has continuously played an active role in dealing with the rights of victims of motor vehicle accidents, medical errors and insurance claims and accidents in the State of Massachusetts and throughout the Nation. His intense involvement and participation is just one of the reasons Shawn is considered one of the premier personal injury attorneys.
Community and Pro Bono Services
Shawn devotes considerable time to discussing public policy with a focus on 1) making our system of justice more equitable; and 2) to balance the playing field between insurance companies and big business and injured people. Shawn is a board member of The International Charitable Foundation, a charitable foundation that has raise and distributed over $800,000.00 in charitable donations throughout Massachusetts. In addition, he provides pro bono legal services to various local non-profit organizations.
