Mr. Hanly represents individuals and businesses throughout California who are being investigated or who have been charged by state or federal authorities. He practices in all areas of criminal law, with a special emphasis on business and professional crimes.
Because of his experience in handling criminal matters in state and federal courts, Mr. Hanly can provide excellent legal representation to those charged with, or under investigation for, a multitude of crimes in state and federal court. With over 60 jury trials to his credit, he can effectively represent a wide range of clients in all areas of criminal law.
