As a law student, she received the Exceptional Achievement Award in Family Law and was President of the Family Law Society. She also served as a judicial extern in the Los Angeles Superior Court Family Law Court and an extern with the Los Angeles District Attorneys office, Bureau of Family Support.
Shortly after joining the firm, Ms. Jones authored an article for the National Business Institute entitled, "Guardians Ad Litem and Attorneys for the Child." She has regularly appeared before the Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk and Worcester county Probate and Family Courts, and she participates in the Lawyer for the Day program in the Middlesex County Probate and Family Court. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and American Bar Association.
