Ms. Lynch served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William H. McCullough of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. She is currently a member of the Prince George's County Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Prince George's County Women's Bar Association and the Maryland State Women's Bar Association. Ms. Lynch served as Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Prince George's County Women's Bar Association, served on the Board of Directors for the Prince George's County Bar Association, co-chaired the Prince George's County Family Law Ad Hoc Committee, co-chaired the Prince George's County Family Law Committee, and served on the Board of Directors for Prince George's County Family Crisis Center.
Ms. Lynch was appointed to a four-year term by former governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., to serve on the Prince George's County Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission.
