Attorney D. W. "Craig" Dreyer practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, business planning, probate administration, and trust administration. He has a masters in tax law and is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Ohio.

Mr. Dreyer advises clients on a broad array of estate planning techniques and counsels clients through the probate and trust administration process. He routinely handles estates of all sizes and complexities from very modest to extremely large estates involving significant assets with complex family and business structures.

He commonly assists clients with issues regarding business succession planning, retirement distribution planning, charitable planning, tax exempt organizations, asset protection and wealth transfers. He also advises clients on issues regarding the federal taxation of corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals.

Additional experience includes negotiating and structuring business transactions and sales, handling tax disputes with the IRS, requesting private letter rulings from the IRS, developing non-qualified deferred compensation plans for executives, and negotiating and drafting executive employment and separation agreements. Mr. Dreyer is also a frequent speaker and writer on developments in the estate planning and tax fields.
