Very great lawyer! Lawyer Mr. Diaz helped me when I required legal help, a lot of legal help. He won my case, exposed the other side (person) for lying on court documents, and Mr. Diaz's fee was reasonable. I would absolutely recommend attorney Edgar B. Diaz to anyone who is dealing with any legal matter.

I was referred to this office by a family member because they knew I was going through some legal issues with my child's father. Attorney Edgar immediately found all the court documents that I needed to file and he helped me fill them out and talk in court. Attorney Edgar always had a positive attitude when my case, and my ex were making false accusations against me, my family, my family business. Edgar immediately contacted all the places and people that my ex made these accusations and I don't really know how he did it, but when we had our court hearing he spoke to the judge and had everything ready. Edgar was always on time at our meetings and at court (which is very important for me because being on time, all the time means you are taking care of business). I was very happy with my case outcome and was not even expecting Edgar to get my ex-husband to pay for half my attorney's fees. I interviewed with 3 attorney's before I hired The Law Office of Edgar B. Diaz and Edgar to represent me in my child custody and family law/business case. I would hire him again (hopefully won't need to) if I ever need an aggressive and knowledgeable attorney like Edgar. My Attorney had about 19 years of experience and I felt lucky I found him here in San Diego. Edgar wrote in all the forms I needed, and was always in court before I was at our hearing. , which I liked very much. He was always prepared in court and would always call me before the court hearings to explain to me what was going to happen. We went to court over 3 times and the last time is when his experienced showed. He made the other side's case seem weak and full of lies (because they were) and made our case strong and overwhelmed the other attorney. My ex even got angry at his attorney in the court hallway because Edgar was winning every argument. (good). Perfect outcome. This is my review and yes, I would definitely hire Edgar B. Mr. Diaz handled my case perfectly and his fees are reasonable. He updated me frequently and was great in court. He basically took control of the courtroom and argued on my and my children's behalf. He is a good attorney and i have sent him several referrals. It's hard to find a good attorney, but once I found Mr. Diaz I was able to refer other friends to him because I could trust their cases would be handled as good as mine. Thank you Mr. Diaz!
