Mr. Garvin obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1984, and his law degree from the University of California at Davis School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and in the U.S. District Courts for both the Northern and Eastern Districts of California. He is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
