She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Peninsula Estate Planning Council, the San Mateo County Bar Association (Co-Chair from 2008-2009 & Chair from 2010-2011), the Silicon Valley Bar Association, the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of the California Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mary is also a lecturer with the California Continuing Education of the Bar and State Bar of California.
