She then joined the Pengilly Law Firm, and worked primarily in litigation, defending real estate developers and homeowners' associations. She later worked for the Randolph Law Firm where she expanded her practice to include both tax ligation and probate cases.

Ms. Lowell's practice at Kring & Chung is focused on insurance defense, corporate litigation, products liability, personal injury, insurance law, real estate law, bankruptcy, contract review and drafting, leasing and entity formation, and common interest community disputes. In addition, to successfully representing clients in state and federal trial courts throughout the state of Nevada, Ms. Lowell has also represented clients in proceedings before governmental agencies such as the Nevada Contractors Board, the Nevada Real Estate Division, the Common Interest Community Board, and the Nevada Department of Taxation, as well as the Internal Revenue Service, US Bankruptcy Court and in Probate Court.
