He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee, graduating in 2005. Andrew worked in various positions in the subrogation department of a large insurer of commercial trucking before reaching a position as in-house subrogation counsel prior to entering the private practice of law. Andrew is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association.
