Nat Garrett's practice focuses primarily on appellate litigation and motions practice in state and federal courts. He has handled appeals involving legal issues in numerous areas of the law, including bankruptcy, business torts, consumer class actions, constitutional, criminal, environmental, labor, and products liability.
Nat has briefed appeals in the United States Supreme Court and in numerous federal and state appellate courts and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and California Court of Appeal.
Nat serves as an Appellate Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference and is a member of the Ninth Circuit's Criminal Justice Act Appeals Panel. He also is a member of the Edward J. McFetridge American Inn of Court.
