Before joining Lipton Law in August of 2011, Kyle received his B.A. in 2003 from Central Michigan and his J.D. in 2006 from Wayne State University Law School. Gifted at anticipating what tactics insurance companies and defense lawyers will utilize, Kyle's intuition and legal experience make him the attorney you can rely on to handle being put on the spot professionally and in favor of his client. Kyle is committed to helping people with various types of motor vehicle negligence and accident cases, including those involving no fault and third party claims. Prior to his time at Lipton Law, in addition to personal injury, Kyle also practiced family law and bankruptcy law.
Throughout his career, Kyle has learned to effectively think quick on his feet as he understands that every case is unique and even the same type of case has its own twists and turns. Kyle thrives on new and different challenges every day not only as a way to help improve people's lives by assisting in the resolution of their problem, but also to better his skills and enhance his knowledge of the law and develop additional legal strategies. Kyle prides himself in helping people who know what it means to put in a hard day's work.

Kyle is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Michigan Association for Justice. When he's not advocating for his clients' rights, in his spare time Kyle enjoys golf, hockey, reading, and outdoor activities.
