Since June 1, 2009, Mr. Hauser has been designated as a Board Certified Specialist by The Florida Bar in Appellate Practice. Mr. Hauser has handled over 125 cases in the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, in addition to cases in all other Florida district courts of appeal and the Supreme Court of Florida. He remains available to consult regarding litigation and pending or potential appeals in state, federal, or bankruptcy courts. Mr. Hauser offers trial and appellate support to clients and our co-counsel in almost any area of law, including family law, class actions, probate/trust disputes, business disputes, professional negligence/malpractice, real estate disputes, insurance disputes, discovery disputes, attorneys’ fee disputes, and arbitration issues.
EXPERIENCE
Rob Hauser graduated from Duke University (B.A. 1991) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D., 1995 with High Honors). Prior to working in private practice, Mr. Hauser was a law clerk at the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami from 1995-1996. From 1997 to 2014, Mr. Hauser was a shareholder at a small West Palm Beach litigation boutique. The cases he handled included disputes in the medical, legal, probate, trust and business fields, including disputes in arbitration, state courts, federal courts, and on appeal. He has handled appeals for both plaintiffs and defendants on a broad variety of matters, including complex business disputes, business breakups, bankruptcy appeals, family law, trust disputes and guardianship disputes. Mr. Hauser has personally argued cases in all five Florida District Courts of Appeal and in the Supreme Court of Florida. In addition to his expertise in appeals, he has represented clients in complex business matters in state and federal trial courts, including health care litigation, contract disputes and partnership disputes.
