Attorney Robert Abrams, a founding partner of the firm who is currently Of Counsel to the firm, was selected by former New York State Governor Mario Cuomo to serve as a New York State delegate to the White House Conference on Aging (WHCOA) in 1995. Mr. Abrams has served as a legal expert for Fox Cable Television and has appeared on Miller's Law. Attorney Howard Fensterman, the managing partner of the firm, is currently the Long Island Chairman of Finance for United States Senator Charles Schumer. In Addition, he is the Chairman of Finance on Long Island for Attorney General Andrew Cuomo. He holds the position of Chairman of the Industrial Development Agency of Nassau County and Vice Chairman of the Democratic Party Judicial Screening Committee Of Nassau County. Howard also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America-Long Island Chapter. Attorney Steven J. Eisman serves as a Vice Chairman of the Nassau County Republican Party. Other lawyers in our firm possess similar sterling characteristics and a real commitment to our community.
