Attorney Tahya Fuenmayor was born in Venezuela and raised in Florida, where she completed both her undergraduate and law school education. After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor in History and Dean's Honors, she attended St Thomas University School of Law, where she graduated as the youngest member of her class at the age of twenty- three in 1999. She has now practiced for close to 20 years concentrating at all times in civil litigation.
In order to sharpen her skills at negotiating settlements, Tahya successfully completed a certified mediator's course in 2008. Tahya is knowledgeable in both the legal and the procedural aspects of any civil case and has developed a reputation of fairness and honesty within the legal community. She has gained valuable experience from participating in countless jury trials and bench trials across the state of Florida, in civil matter ranging from Real Estate transactions to family law issues and civil disputes.
Currently, Tahya is the senior attorney at the firm, practicing in the area of Personal Injury Protection, and representing both clinics and patients in protecting their rights against insurance companies. She has been responsible for thousands of cases resolving against the insurance company and in favor of her clients and continues to fight for the equal administration of justice.
