Prior to attending law school, Jared taught special education and coached football, basketball, track and field, and soccer. He has represented individuals, large and small corporate clients, and insurance carriers and their insureds on various matters including trademark infringement, pipeline failures, downhole property damage, rig blowouts, tractor-trailer accidents, joint operating agreements, product defect, will and trust disputes, and catastrophic injuries/fatalities. Jared actively defends companies and their employees arising from catastrophic oilfield accidents, tractor-trailer collisions, and property damage claims. His experience ranges from initial investigations through trials and appeals.
