Joshua P. Murray attended Howard Payne University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in political science and history. Following graduation, Josh attended Texas Tech School of Law. While attending Texas Tech School of Law, Josh was selected to represent Texas Tech School of Law as a member of the National Moot Court team for two years while in law school. In addition to school, Josh had the privilege of working for private attorneys in a variety of areas of practice.

After graduation, Josh accepted a position as an associate at a local law firm in Round Rock, Texas. As an associate, Josh practiced family, criminal, juvenile, real estate, wills and probate, personal injury, contract and business law. In October of 2003, Josh left his position and founded the Law Office of Joshua P. Murray.

Since 2003, the office has handled a variety of legal matters for its clients. Today, Josh handles almost exclusively family law matters related to divorce, custody, modifications, enforcement actions, child support issues, adoptions and paternity matters. In addition to privately retained cases, Josh is frequently appointed by the Courts to represent the interests of children involved in some of the more difficult cases regarding custody and possession of children.
