Bradford Rawlinson was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC. After graduating Northwestern High School in three years, he attended The Citadel where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. During his tenure at The Citadel, he was selected as a Citadel Scholar and a Congressional Fellow, serving in the Office of Steve Buyer (IN-5th). Brad received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During his time there, he served as the Vice President of the Student Body Association, as well as being involved in leadership positions in other organizations.

Brad began his legal career as the judicial law clerk to The Honorable L. Casey Manning in Columbia, South Carolina. He then moved back to Rock Hill to join the Schiller Law Firm, and founded the criminal, domestic, and civil litigation practice areas at the firm. Brad left the firm in 2011, pursuing opportunities in Washington, D.C. and serving in the Office of General Counsel for the South Carolina Department of Corrections. In 2013, Brad rejoined Schiller & Hamilton to head the criminal and domestic practice of the firm.

Brad’s practice focuses on criminal and domestic litigation. He has represented clients on several serious criminal offenses, including murder, attempted murder, and financial card fraud. His work in Family Court includes representing clients on a variety of marital, custody, and child support issues. Brad also has years of experience in civil litigation. He is passionate about the representation of his clients, and he uses his wide range of experience to ensure that they are represented in the best manner possible.
