Mr. McCarthy and his wife, Amy, are active in the St. Jude the Apostle Church and School and the surrounding Atlanta community. When not practicing law, Mr. McCarthy enjoys spending time with Amy and driving, watching, and/or chasing their four young children Jack, Pierce, Emily, and Finn at various sporting events across the metro area.
