Ms. Phillips founded her firm with a focus on Probate & Estate Planning. Her mission is to insure justice and help clients position their assets as intended. To that end, she draws upon her experience in agriculture, land stewardship/development, industry, and closely held small business. She practices in Oakland, Macomb, and Lapeer Counties and currently serves the Probate Court in Guardianship, Conservatorship and Mental Health proceedings.
Ms. Phillips is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan; Oakland County Bar Association, and Lapeer County Bar Association. She is a past President of the D. Augustus Straker Bar Association; a recipient of the National Bar Association's Outstanding Chapter Award - Region VI (Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, and Tennessee); a past Treasurer of the National Bar Association - Region VI; and past Director of the D. Augustus Straker Bar Foundation.
