Our firm, starting as a small, general practice law firm after World War II, has grown into one of the largest in Queens County. As one of the oldest firms in Queens County, we have a sense of belonging in and commitment to our community.

The firm was started by two WWII veterans, Seymour Pearlman and Emanuel Gottesman. Burton Apat joined us in 1966 as a pioneer in real estate litigation in Queens County...
