Flexible Fee Structures
The Bundy Law Firm works closely with it's clients to arrive at a mutually satisfactory fee arrangement that is appropriate to the matter at hand. The firm is not limited to hourly fees, but as appropriate will agree to flat fees and other arrangements. We want to talk to you about what options might be available.
If You Need Expertise We Do Not Have
Bundy Law Firm does not try to practice in every area of law. When our clients need services that we cannot perform competently and cost-effectively, we will help you find an attorney who can do so, and we never charge for making such a referral. If the other services are part of a matter we are working on, we will coordinate with the other lawyer(s) to avoid duplication of effort and to assure consistency of outcome.
Our Approach
In all areas of its practice, Bundy Law Firm PLLC attempts to provide legal services competently, efficiently and cost-effectively. It seeks to leverage state-of-the-art technology to achieve for its clients results that many law firms cannot cost-effectively provide. All the while, the firm is virtually paper-free, conserving resources as well as the costs of storing, accessing and otherwise managing massive amounts of paper. The beneficiaries are the firm’s clients.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
