PM Law, P.C., is a law firm headquartered in New York, New York. We represent clients with matters involving business and commercial law, family law, real estate commercial law, and immigration law.
From representing the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as closing agent on liquor license applications, to acting as counsel for some of the biggest names in the real estate mortgage and banking industry, our work with a wide variety of national and international businesses and federal authorities has allowed us to build up key practice strengths.

Malik Pankaj, our founding attorney, started the firm on the principle that clients are best served by a firm that prioritizes them, responds quickly to their needs, pays close attention to their cases, and is at the forefront of legal innovation. Her reputation for assisting people and businesses of every kind with their legal needs was at the heart of the firm. She ensures we provide legal services that are up to her exacting expectations.
With over 25 years of experience in the legal field, Ms. Pankaj has represented clients in numerous court cases involving commercial, construction, corporate, bankruptcy, estate and guardianship, family, and real estate matters. She is also highly skilled in the areas of banking, taxes and budgeting, and negotiating and preparing contracts. In addition, she has extensive experience with a wide range of immigration law issues, such as investor EB5's, consular processing, employment-based, deportation, removal, writs and waivers.
