Andrew Frisenda graduated from Purchase College in 2003 with a double major in Philosophy and American History. Mr. Frisenda then received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2009. During law school he concentrated on Constitutional Law with a focus on Legal Theory and Jurisprudence. Since beginning his legal career with Bashian P.C. in 2010, Andrew has focused on Trust & Estate Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, Guardianships and Negligence matters. Andrew has drafted appellate briefs and presented oral arguments before the Appellate Division Second Department, practices in both the Surrogate's and Supreme Courts in New York City and the greater Hudson Valley and has lectured as a New York State Continuing Legal Education Speaker.
